Riding products and equipment can break under stress, FangornRanchLLc will not be held accountable, financial or otherwise for any use, breakage either foreseen or unforeseen, that results in, damage, injury, or death to human or animal. By purchasing our items you are agreeing to accept any and all risk associated with the use of any and all purchased items. 

Returns Policy

We will except returns on regular orders for a refund up to 14 days of delivery date.  The item must be returned in new condition with tags or no refund will be given.  Physical damage to the item due to customer neglect is non refundable. We do not pay return shipping unless shipper has damaged the item.

  Custom orders are not refundable .
